* We use fresh fruit juice rather than vinegar as a base.
* We do not use sub-ingredients unless we make them ourselves.
* We only use fresh peppers; not dried, not fermented, not extracts.

Our shop does not have fixed hours. If you would like to visit we strongly suggest that you telephone before leaving home to ensure someone will be available to greet you.
